Leipzig – With KaisenPlay, Kaisen.group is expanding its portfolio with a dedicated gaming brand. KaisenPlay takes over the game servers from KernHosting and brings together the group’s entire gaming offering: game servers for Minecraft, Rust and Satisfactory, set up personally and managed in its own game panel.

On the technical side, KaisenPlay uses the same platform as KernHosting and KaisenVPN: group-owned servers in the nLighten FRA1 data center with DDoS protection directly in the network. Existing KernHosting game servers keep running unchanged and are managed in the game panel as before. New servers can now be requested at kaisenplay.com.

Leipzig – The hosting brand KernHosting is refocusing its offering on professional applications. At its core are VPS (vServer) and web hosting for businesses, agencies and developers; the game server offering has moved to the sister brand KaisenPlay.

The servers run on AMD Ryzen processors and NVMe storage in the nLighten FRA1 data center. The platform remains in a closed trial; interested parties can obtain access on request and receive personal support by email and via the Discord community.

Leipzig – Kaisen.group has moved its VPN service KaisenVPN into public beta. The service is based exclusively on the WireGuard protocol and runs on group-owned hardware in Frankfurt am Main; KaisenVPN deliberately does without older protocols such as OpenVPN or IPsec.

During the beta, the Kaisen One, Kaisen Team and Kaisen Pro plans are available free of charge. No payment details are collected, and any later switch to a subscription requires the user’s consent. Features include a Windows application with kill switch and split tunneling, multi-hop connections via two locations, and port forwarding for connections behind CGNAT or DS-Lite.

Leipzig – The group’s brands – KernHosting, KaisenVPN and KaisenPlay – now appear together under the Kaisen.group name. Each brand retains its own identity; the group provides the team, hardware and network centrally.

Kaisen.group was founded by Sören, Flo and Luca and is headquartered in Leipzig. The group’s servers are located in the nLighten FRA1 data center and are redundantly connected via multiple transit providers and peering at DE-CIX and AMS-IX.
